Setup for a Windows 2003 server with Sql Server 2005 and Maximizer 10 (customizations)

install windoze 2003 server (has its own product key)
install sp2 on 2003 server
install sql server 2005
1. set authorization as "mixed" and pick a password for the "sa" user
install max 10 crm (has own serial number)
install max 10 customizations (has own serial number)
install jdk (use 5.0, 6 has a bug)
install eclipse (latest version, now 3.3.2)
install pydev eclipse plugin
install jython (run as binary, it will run the executable jar)
